About The Program

This 6 series session on how to improve your management skills, communication, time-management, decision making, and dealing with change is what your leadership needs.

How to Be a Better Supervisor is a training program for team leaders, supervisors, and managers that consists of 6 modules focused on high in-demand topics. We can tailor the training sessions to fit your organizational needs.

Module 1

Who Am I As A Supervisor?

Supervisors must understand the principles of human relations so that they can lead, motivate, coach, communicate, delegate, and make decisions effectively.

Module 2

Dealing with Workplace Changes

Do you have the tools to manage change and the strategies to deal with employee responses to change? This module focuses on effective and practical change management skills.

Module 3

Effective Communication

Good communication provides both quantitative and qualitative input to become a good supervisor. Develop effective communication skills from emphatic listening skills to assertive communication with employees.

Module 4

Stress Management

Pressure plays an important role in all areas of life.  If a supervisor understands the effects of stress both inside and outside the workplace, the better they will be able to support their team.

Module 5

Decision-Making

The supervisor’s primary responsibility in the workplace is to make effective decisions on a daily basis. Poor decisions can lead to serious consequences.

Module 6

Effective Time Management

Time management has been in existence for a long time, but the term creates a false impression because time cannot be managed: we can only manage ourselves and our use of time.
