  • Getting to know your anxiety

  • Paying attention to your symptoms and knowing when to act

  • Adopting healthy lifestyle habits 

  • Recognizing and challenging anxiety-maintaining thoughts and behaviours

  • Developing strategies to maintain your health and quality of life

  • Experiencing a constructive social network and the benefits of peer support
